WE REQUIRE A TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
Maximum file size is 2MB – files larger than 2MB will not be received. PFD Format files are preferred.
Zaffiri Precision does not currently ship to your state for legal reasons. However, we will fulfill orders for dealers who meet the following requirements:
- You hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL)
- You hold a valid Tax Exemption Certificate
- Your business operates from a physical retail location
After submitting your tax exemption certificate using this form, you may be asked to provide your FFL by a member of our team.
STEP 3
Once you have successfully created an account and submitted your certificate we will review it. Once approved, your account will obtain Dealer status allowing for discounted web purchases and tax exemption. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for notification from our support team.
